e-Visa For Nepal

1. Visit the Official Nepal Immigration Website

2. Fill Out the Online Application Form

  • Click on the “Visa Application” section.
  • Complete the form with your personal details, passport information, and travel details (arrival date, flight number, etc.).
  • Upload a passport-sized photo that meets the specifications (JPEG format, size not exceeding 512 KB).

3. Review and Submit the Application

  • Double-check all the details for accuracy.
  • Submit the application form. You’ll receive a submission receipt.

4. Print the Submission Receipt

  • Print the receipt and keep it with you. You will need this for visa processing upon arrival.

5. Payment and Visa Issuance Upon Arrival

  • Upon arrival at a designated entry point in Nepal (such as Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu), head to the eVisa counter.
  • Pay the visa fee (cash payment is required in most cases; fees depend on the visa duration).
  • Submit your printed receipt, passport, and visa fee payment.
  • The immigration officer will process your visa, and you’ll receive a visa sticker in your passport.

  • 15 days: USD 30
  • 30 days: USD 50
  • 90 days: USD 125

Important Notes

  • Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry.
  • Keep an extra passport photo in case it is needed.
  • Ensure you have a printed copy of your hotel booking or itinerary.
